We will list your sale on at least 10 different websites. It’s not uncommon for there to be a line of customers hours before a sale commences!

Due to time constraints, I cannot answer questions before the sale. I am happy to answer questions the morning of the sale regarding the location of certain items. There will be a sign up sheet for entry, everyone will be able to enter the property because there are plenty of areas to navigate and spread out. Please be patient, we know this will be a busy sale! No items are worth hurting someone or fighting over.
The house is alarmed and we have security cameras at the location to prevent theft. Absolutely no entry prior to the sale.
Please come prepared with moving blankets, bags or boxes.

Enter the property at your own risk and watch your step. The walkways are in need of some updating and are not free from tripping hazards. Wheelchairs and walkers may be difficult if not impossible to traverse this home.
ABSOLUTELY NO PARKING IN THE DRIVEWAY – LOADING AND UNLOADING ONLY!! Please be respectful of the neighbor’s driveways. 🙂
